Help 97.5 K-LAKE, El Dorado Chevrolet, El Dorado Mazda and Barro’s Pizza Mckinney honor our local educators in Collin County. Nominate a pre-k, elementary, intermediate, middle school or high school teacher from any public, private or charter school in Collin County for our 2022-2023 Teacher of the Year Program!

Here’s all you need to do to nominate YOUR favorite teacher:
Fill out the official online nomination form (below). This form may be completed by administrators, other teachers, parents and students. The more information received about the nominee, the better opportunity the nominee has to be chosen as the K-LAKE Teacher of the Month by our judges.
Winners will be chosen once per month, September 2022 through May 2023.
Each month, judges will choose the winning teacher among the nominees and that teacher will be named a Teacher of the Month. The Teacher of the Month receives a check from our sponsors totaling $500.
Each month’s winning teacher will join K-LAKE for a Teach of the Month Interview where they are presented their award.
All Teachers of the Month will then be honored at the end of the school year when our Teacher of the Year award recipient is selected and receives another check from our sponsors totaling $500.
