A guy in Ohio named Joel Wegener has two kids with Down syndrome . . . 18-year-old Josh and 21-year-old Mary Kate. And he was worried about them finding jobs, so he decided to CREATE jobs for them.He bought an ice cream truck, and they launched a business together in April called Special Neat Treats. Since then, they’ve made over 5,000 sales. So business has been booming this summer. He hopes it encourages other businesses to hire people with special needs.
