Client Info: This is a sweet 14-year-old boy who loves nothing more than to snuggle his cats who comfort him. He is non-verbal, but is known to steal hearts with his kind eyes. He loves to watch his star projector lamp in his bedroom and having his loved ones nearby. He lives with his single mom who works many hours to provide for her loving family of 3. Mom has a heart of gold and loves welcoming her son’s nurses into her home. She often has to put a lot of her focus on her medically fragile son, so she would be ecstatic to see both of her children showered in love this Christmas.
Client’s diagnoses/description of care: He was born with Cerebral Palsy (a disorder that affects a person’s ability to move and maintain balance and posture), has a G-Tube through which he receives his meals, and has a seizure disorder.
